§ 44-206. Implementation of general law and designation of Local Hearing Officer.

In accordance with the provisions of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act as of the effective date of this section or July 1, 2013, whichever occurs later, the City Manager is authorized to implement the provisions and requirements of Chapters 2010-80 and 2013-XX, Laws of Florida, except that the City Council by resolution shall appoint a Local Hearing Officer, as provided by section 44-203, and shall set the amount of the City's administrative costs, in accordance with the provisions of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act.
