§ 29-106. Exemptions.

  • The following shall be exempted from payment of the impact fees:

    (a)

    Alterations or expansion or replacement of an existing dwelling unit which does not increase the number of families when such dwelling unit is arranged, designed or intended to accommodate for the purpose of providing living quarters.

    (b)

    The replacement of an existing dwelling unit where no additional dwelling unit(s) is/are created.

    (c)

    Accessory structures to dwelling units, such as storage sheds, screen enclosures or garages.
