§ 49-112. Oil and grease compliance extensions.

Any requests for extensions to the required installation dates by a user must be made in writing to the City at least 15 days in advance of the compliance date. The written request shall include the reasons for the user's failure or inability to comply with the compliance date set forth, the additional time needed to complete the remaining work, and the steps to be taken to avoid any future delays.
