§ 49-54. Illegal connections.

It is unlawful for any person to connect to the City's water system, reclaimed water system or wastewater system without the express permission of the City. A fee for each unauthorized connection in addition to applicable impact fees, meter fees and deposits shall be established in the resolution establishing fee schedules.
