§ 44-51. Establishment of speed limits; speed zones.

Latest version.

(a)

Thirty-five miles per hour. The speed limit is hereby established at 35 miles per hour and it is unlawful to drive a motor vehicle at a rate in excess of such speed.

Club House Drive.

(b)

Forty miles per hour. The speed limit is hereby established at 40 miles per hour and it is unlawful to drive a motor vehicle at a rate in excess of such speed.

East Hampton Boulevard.

(c)

Forty-five miles per hour. The speed limit is hereby established at 45 miles per hour and it is unlawful to drive a motor vehicle at a rate in excess of such speed.

Rymfire Drive.

Sesame Boulevard.
