§ 2-1. City of Palm Coast—Corporate seal; logo; use of.

  • (a)

    Corporate seal; design. The Corporate Seal of the City of Palm Coast, Florida, shall be circular in form. The circumference of the Seal, which shall be one and thirteen sixteenths inches (1 13/16 "), is formed by the words "City of Palm Coast, Florida" in the upper part of the circle, and the words "Incorporated 1999" in the lower part of the circle. Within the circle formed by these words are images of the sun, a palm tree and a wave of water, on a white background; superimposed upon the landscape and band of wording are the words "Palm Coast" in large decorative lettering. A facsimile of the above-described City Seal is as follows:

    City logo. The City of Palm Coast Logo shall be similar to the corporate seal but in an oval shape with or without the "Palm Coast Incorporated 1999" band. A facsimile of the "banded" City of Palm Coast logo is as follows:

    (c)

    Use of corporate seal and logo. The Corporate Seal and logo of the City of Palm Coast, including any facsimile thereof, are intended for use by authorized agents or officers of the City of Palm Coast in conducting the official business of the City. No other person shall use the City Seal or City Logo for any other purpose.
