§ 25-112. Imminent fire danger.

Nothing in this article shall prevent the City from taking all actions necessary to fight fires when there is imminent fire danger, including, but not limited to, clearing brush from private property without notice. Nothing in this ordinance shall prevent the City from acting pursuant to F.S. § 590.02, where necessary.
