§ 25-105. Violation to permit unlawful fire hazard.

Any owner, lessee or occupant of any lot, tract or parcel of land in the City who permits a fire hazard consisting of brush on any undeveloped lot to the extent and in the manner that it creates a fire hazard, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished according to law.
