§ 23-51. Adoption.

The City Council hereby approves and adopts the attached Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan developed and proposed by the City Manager and his staff to address future emergencies that may occur within the jurisdictional limits of the City. The Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan may be amended from time-to-time in accordance with City policies and procedures and shall not constitute a substantive part of this article, but shall serve as the method by which City of Palm Coast Government shall address and respond to local emergencies.
