§ 15-34. Designation of responsibility for administration and implementation.

This Program shall be administered by the City Manager, or designee, which shall be responsible for:

(1)

Marketing the program to the community by any reasonably effective means including, but not limited to, press releases, television advertising, or advertising in electronic or printed methods;

(2)

Developing any appropriate or necessary application procedures including, but not limited to, eligibility, fast tracking, and program compliance;

(3)

Maintaining staff certification to effectively provide no-cost certification services to an Applicant;

(4)

Coordinating at least one training workshop per year for the purpose of educating City staff and current and potential participants in the Green Development Program on the program and its benefits and requirements.
